Bullshido Just don't get it

I don't read Bullshido because the stench of raw sewage is so strong. Alas if only I could look away. This statement really caught my eye, the hypocrisy and fallacy of this argument is overwhelming.

People who refuse to acknowledge the difference between ring fighting and street fighting are no less delusional than people who refuse to acknowledge the usefulness of ring fighting as a laboratory for street fighting.

Let's break this down.
1) People who refuse to acknowledge the difference between ring fighting and street fighting are --- delusional. Agree, this is completely correct. But then;
2) people who refuse to acknowledge the usefulness of ring fighting as a laboratory for street fighting. WTF?!???! What is this guy on. MMA is simply nothing like street fighting, it's a sport in a controlled environment. No knives, multiple attackers or blind siding here. This idiot has never been in a real fight in his life he should shut up and train more. Idiots like this deserve the delusions of MMA.
